Nashville’s REAL Professionals discussed the growing trend toward downtown apartment living for Millennials and Baby Boomers. Both groups want to live somewhere that allows them to walk to amenities — such as shopping and dining — and is near multiple transportation choices. Millennials are moving to the suburbs when they have children, and Baby Boomers are moving out of the suburbs upon being empty nesters.
