Rick Ferguson with Georgia Brokers Real Estate reports working on Atlanta’s West side where the area is exploding in what he terms “hyper selling.” The West side is considered to be in the general area from Northside Drive to the old Bankhead Highway along I-285. While seasoned buyers have been in the area for the last 9 years, Rick reports he is getting phone calls from amateur investors now hearing about this “hot” area. As an example of the long term investment value, he recently sold a building that his client bought in 2014 at auction for $109,000 to an end user for $412,000.
