Founding member John Fugo of Montgomery Development and Member Andrew Phillips of CT Wilson Construction both expressed concern about a shrinking construction workforce. John reported that the construction industry is losing labor force due to uncertainty about shifting immigration opinion, which affects long-term budgeting and the ability to hold numbers.
