Members of the Detroit Real Professionals Mastermind Group were treated to a tour of downtown’s Metropolitan Building, a $32 million redevelopment project of the long vacant building. The Element Detroit Hotel project is a joint venture between Real Professionals Member, The Means Group Inc and Detroit based The Roxbury Group. Built in 1925, the historic building is slated to reopen summer of 2018 with 110 rooms and will feature 7,000 square feet of retail space and 2,000 feet of meeting space.
