All meetings are interactive and facilitated by a leading commercial real estate attorney or industry leader.  The meetings are recorded and notes are taken professional business writer.  Contact information of each participant and key takeaways from the meeting are distributed to all Members and guests in a timely manner following the meeting.  Social Media highlighting the key takeaways from each meeting is published and available for Members to do the same.  Individual follow-up communications between Members and guests are encouraged.

Napoleon Hill defined the Mastermind Group principle as: “The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony.”  REAL Professionals Network was started as a series of geographically based Mastermind Group meetings.  Mastermind Group meetings are normally in person with the ability to participate virtually.  Each new RPN mastermind group begins with Founding Members that nominate complementary business friends to become new Members. New Members are requested to do the same until the group reaches 20 companies. In each business community, RPN operates one monthly mastermind group meeting of noncompetitive multi-disciplined professionals that discuss current market trends, business deals, terms, conditions, and collaborative opportunities resulting in the acceleration of deal discussion and actionable new business opportunities.  The last 30 minute of each meeting is reserved for an industry expert level speaker.

Subject Matter Focused Roundtable Discussions are held quarterly. Subject matter experts discuss new practices and trends by industry discipline, property types and peer groups. Some of these include but are not limited to: Broker-Owner-Developer, Design & Construction, Finance-Insurance-Tax, Office, Industrial, Retail, Women, Diversity & Inclusion and NextGen roundtables.  Some of the meetings feature panel discussions and speakers on the particular subject matter of the group.

Networkwide Webinars feature 45-minute presentations followed by question and answer sessions by world class experts that present on issues of impact to the entire commercial real estate and development industry.  These may include commercial real estate research, macroeconomics, new business development techniques and innovations to products and services.

Exclusive insider development tours are hosted one or more times of the year. Our Invested Members are usually stakeholders in the properties our Mastermind Groups and their guests’ tour.

Often following insider development tours Invested Members and guests use the opportunity to have a social event at the property or nearbyAdditionally, twice a month REAL Professionals Network host ‘Good News and Goblets’, a virtual drop-in after work cocktail event.
