RPN Member Brian Welch, Director/Principal with ESP Associates, updated the Members of the Charlotte Mastermind Group on the wide array of municipal projects they have underway in both North and South Carolina, including 14 projects in Charlotte alone.

Members also received an overview from Jon Morris, Partner at Beacon Partners, about their 94-acre industrial development off I-77, Metrolina Park, that once complete will have 2 million square feet (including 3 buildings already owned by Beacon). At the former Metrolina Tradeshow Expo site, Beacon is paying particularly close attention to the 50 years of fairs, concerts and airfield heritage in both their site and building design and signage elements.
