While business in and around the Detroit Metro region seems to be lively and new deals are popping up for almost everyone, some noted that there are many amateurs entering the industry. There is a feeling among many of the meeting participants that the market looks and feels like a familiar bubble. Some of our seasoned professionals like Rick Lackey, Phil Seaver and Nick Maloof cautioned the group with regard to the direction the industry is headed, and that we have been here several times before.
