Data Centers Are Making Waves In Loudon and Prince William Counties

The data center market, and specifically Amazon, is making huge waves inLoudon and even Prince William County, said NAI KLNB‘s Marc Tasker. With Amazon taking up to a million new square feet per year in the market, competition is tight. Land is going for $10/foot, which is unheard of, Tasker added. “If you’re a 20,000-50,000 Class A industrial user, you don’t have a lot of options right now.”
