There may be some caution developing in real estate development markets and concern for obtaining equity, but Michael Dvorscak of The William B. Hare Company reports Atlanta Midtown and Buckhead sites are still very much in demand.  Even with the $8 million to $10 million price tag, intown properties are still hot. The suburbs are looking more attractive to some according to Tim Knight of Knight Commercial Real Estate, LLC, developer of retail shopping centers, who reports people are calling him looking for places to invest their cash. Retailers are paying $30/SF plus in Gainesville as well as Tucker outside of downtown Atlanta.
