RPN Raleigh Members Mark Alviano, Director of Investment Property Sales, and Sam DiFranco, Partner, Brokerage Services, of Trinity Partners recently represented the seller and landowner, Rosemary Developments, LLC, in the sale of a 3.22 acre site at the corner of Hillsborough and Concord Streets, adjacent to NC State University near downtown Raleigh, which includes a 29,000 SF office building, currently in use by Lulu.com. After multiple rounds of bidding, the property was secured by Landmark Properties for $10,750,000. The firm plans to develop The Standard of Raleigh, a luxury student housing project.
