Eden Rock Real Estate Partners’ Westside Village at 2260 Marietta Blvd., recently featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle, is moving along well reports developer Brandon Ashkouti. The former warehouse site on 10 acres will feature a 100,000 SF mixed use project that includes restaurants and family oriented retail. Fellow Real Professionals Member, David Barrett will build two new buildings at the site. A nearby Publix as well as youth oriented services including baseball and volleyball training are expected to be a draw to bring Buckhead residents to the area.
