Members of the Philadelphia Meeting were given the opportunity to learn about the Boyd Theatre redevelopment project from member Jacob Cooper of MSC Retail. The project is being done with Pearl Properties and will include a residential tower, first-floor retail and a rehab of the original façade, keeping the marquee and incorporating it into the redevelopment of this unique and historic space.
