Bradford Townsend, Planning and Zoning Director of the City of Roswell, was the guest speaker at the Perimeter Group Meeting. The City Council adopted a unified development code in 2014 with design guidelines controlling historic and commercial districts. Roswell Inc., the downtown development authority, deals with real estate development. Bradford warns the group not to expect to rezone property for the next year until after the March and Mayoral November elections. Nothing will be rezoned in Roswell until January 18, 2018.
