Members John Warasila and Teera Games of Alliance Architecture report working on the Raleigh Ironworks project in Raleigh’s design district; completing Avalara’s headquarters in Seattle; finishing the DC Bar headquarters; and continuing progress on Golden Belt in downtown Durham.

The Golden Belt project is 2-3 city blocks of the old mill building with the new portion having 40K SF of floor plate. With window, wood floor and courtyard area renovations, it is anticipated to attract business, brewery, retail and restaurant uses.
