REAL Chicago members and guests gathered for their monthly meeting which featured a presentation by guest speaker Brandon Svec, Director & Market Analytics at CoStar.  Brandon provided a rapid-fire presentation full of information and impressive statistics as it relates to the retail and office real estate markets in Chicago.  Brandon expanded on the impacts the economy has to these markets as well as demographics.  Key topic areas explored were Chicago employment growth, employment growth by sector and geography along with significant shifts in the neighborhoods.
