The Members of the Atlanta Mastermind group welcomed guest – and now New Member – Chris Pettis with SouthCrest Bank, the sixth largest Atlanta-based bank. Chris walked the attendees through the sweet spot for the bank: Deals in the $1 to $10M range that make sense, have good cash flow and have worthwhile collateral. The attendees generally reported that the first quarter of 2020 has been strong to date but with some signs of slowing with stalling deals and more bankruptcies than in past months and years. Everyone agreed coronavirus needs to be taken seriously though as we enter a wait and see pattern.
