REAL Professionals Network, LLC is intended to accelerate senior level market and deal flow discussions, stimulate new ideas that may lead to new business opportunities and make connections during the Mastermind meetings that are accelerated, accountable and measurable.
Beginning on the date of your application and then on the first of each month thereafter, Member agrees to pay REAL Professionals Network, LLC (RPN) annual dues in the amount of $3,600, paid monthly by automatic credit card charge authorization.
As a successful REAL Professionals Member, you must:
- Include any individuals from your company/firm who may attend the local Mastermind meetings and all RPN or affiliated virtual meeting opportunities.
- Member Participation:
a. Have a representative at the Mastermind meetings.
b. Ask for and follow up on connections.
c. Bring guests and suggest new Members and Speakers.
- Member acknowledges Mastermind meetings are scheduled well in advance but may be rescheduled, moved, postponed, cancelled, or combined due to weather, acts of God, or at the discretion of the host and/or champion.
- Member authorizes RPN to use the information and images they contribute in any lawful or tasteful business oriented purpose.
- Member understands their RPN Membership shall automatically renew annually pursuant to terms written above unless Member provides 90 days written notice of cancellation.
Confidential or Proprietary Information. Except as otherwise expressly required by law, at no time shall a member: (a) disclose any Confidential Information (as defined below) to any person whatsoever, or (b) sell or use for his own direct or indirect personal benefit in any manner whatsoever, any Confidential Information. For purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” means any of REAL Professionals confidential or proprietary business information, including, without limitation, any business plans, technology, plans, blueprints, drawings, models, designs, templates, processes, formulae, computer programs, customer lists, supplier lists, pricing data, financial data, trade secrets, contact information and personal information regarding employees and consultants (including name, mailing address, email address, telephone numbers and other identifying information, compensation and terms of employment or engagement) or other information identified or marked as confidential or proprietary business information; provided, however, that Confidential Information shall not include: (x) any information in the public domain or (y) any information required to be disclosed by applicable law.
