Atlanta members in attendance at the February Perimeter Group Meeting tend to agree that the Atlanta real estate market belongs to the landlord/owner/seller with the tenant seldom finding the great deals common in recent years. Tenants are even seeing rising prices before their lease contract can be finalized and John Poulos with SK Commercial reports this happening in several submarkets recently. Most believe Atlanta may be near the peak of the rising market and some are preparing to go on a shopping spree when the decline arrives.
