Exciting neighborhood revitalization projects happening in and around the city of Philadelphia, with a particular emphasis on retail markets in those neighborhoods, was the topic of much discussion at the May Philadelphia Mastermind Meeting. Richard Gottlieb of Keystone Property Group discussed the company’s work to bring P.J. Clarke’s to the iconic Curtis building in Washington Square, a project which involves fellow RPN member Jacob Cooper of MSC Retail. Members discussed how these positive changes and the influx of retail have brought about a rebirth of sorts for the city as developers find new ways to utilize historic spaces.
