At RPN Raleigh’s December Mastermind Meeting, Founding Members John Fugo of Montgomery Development and Kirk Bradley of Lee-Moore Capital Company noted they operate an established joint entity, Eco Group, LLC, which has been tagged with approximately 350 acres of commercial development for Chatham Park in Pittsboro. In today’s meeting, John said the development team engaged in productive meetings with fellow members Mark Alviano, Director of Property Investment Sales, and Partner Sam DiFranco of Trinity Partners and several TradeMark Properties members.
