During the March meeting of the Philadelphia Mastermind Group, members shared a variety of exciting projects and trends their companies have been working with, including a discussion of an emerging market for real estate to accommodate the medical marijuana industry. The meeting also included a presentation from members Joseph Pasquarella and Doug Nickel of Integra Realty Resources regarding “Viewpoint 2017”, which includes a look into the value trends in the Philadelphia and Wilmington real estate markets.
