The Philadelphia Mastermind Group had the opportunity to participate in a discussion with City Councilman Allan Domb. With a long career in the Philadelphia real estate market, Domb is committed to using his knowledge and experience to keep Philadelphia moving in a positive direction. He discussed a variety of topics related to the city’s real estate market, as well as issues concerning the overall health of the city. Taxes and improving tax collections have been at the heart of his first months working with the city which has found $492 million in delinquent taxes. Of the delinquencies, 50-60% are commercial or investor owned properties and 10-20% were people that don’t live in the city.
