Travis Garland with Portman Holdings reports Coda, a $375M premier mixed use development, is now under construction at Technology Square and due for completion in March, 2019. Georgia Tech started this initiative in 2001 with Technology Square and growth continues as companies come to Atlanta. With 645,000 SF of office space including 80,000 SF of computing spaces/data center, the development features street level retail space of 30,000 SF, outdoor living with 20,000 SF and collaborative areas on each floor. Having 60% of Georgia Tech staff active in research, Atlanta will see the impact of industry and research coming together here.
