The Philadelphia Mastermind Group had the opportunity to learn more about development in the city from guest speaker Anne Fadullon from the Department of Planning and Development for the City of Philadelphia. Anne discussed the new organizational structure of the department, the recent initiatives they’ve undertaken and completed, and some of the big issues that face the city, including the need for more affordable housing and a pending bill that attempts to address this need. The city is still experiencing tremendous growth with a staggering $7.5 billion in construction projects that are currently under way.
