Brandon Ashkouti with Eden Rock Real Estate Partners updated the Real Professionals Midtown Group at a recent meeting on progress at and around Westside Village at Moore’s Mill. His major retail project is well underway in the underserved Westside neighborhood of Atlanta that has seen 5000 new homes built since 2000. Eden Rock has focused on quality architecture in order to bring something suitable and of value to the neighborhood with plans to retain the charm of older structures with the use of natural timbers, exposed steel and factory glass. Additionally, Brandon reports that the $1.5 million roadwork required for the project will be split with the City of Atlanta.
