The Philadelphia Mastermind Group had the opportunity to learn more about the “Liberty by the River” project from architect and member Seth Shapiro of Barton Partners. While still working out details with the city, the project has the potential to transform a piece of Philadelphia waterfront into a vibrant, open-space area and to help form connections between Center City and the waterfront area.
