Member Bonnie Moser, Director of Kane Residential, updated members on what’s happening at Kane.  The real question is: What isn’t happening?  They’re opening Meeting Street Lofts in Charleston next week; wrapping up luxury apartment leasing at Park Central; broke ground on Peace, a Publix-anchored, multi-use project on the SE corner of Peace and West Streets; breaking ground on the next North Hills phase, 33 acres off St. Albans Street; and seeing strong residential, office and retail leasing at The Dillon.
