Chris McGahee shares his enthusiasm for the City of Duluth where he is changing the real estate destiny of this 10 square mile community. Duluth created a downtown master plan and the 44,000 SF Duluth City Hall built by tax payer money is the best building in Duluth. Some older property has been preserved, but Festival Center, Parsons Alley with 371 units and 16 full service restaurants are changing the lifestyle and appeal in the City which has subsidized rent money and financed Parsons Alley. The City of Duluth loaned money to Dreamland Bar B Q to come to downtown, giving them the land.
