Real Estate Taxes: Why should you care?

REAL Chicago members and guests had the opportunity to gain key insights into real estate taxes and the assessment process. Kyle Kamego of Robert H. Rosenfeld & Associates LLC gave a presentation on the assessment process and all that is involved from reviewing your tax bill to appealing your taxes. In addition to the informative program, members shared best practices and experiences that all could learn from including the value of a thorough due diligence process before a closing and the thousands of dollars that can be saved from strategically planning your energy needs/purchases especially for large properties over 150,000-200,000 square feet.
