In 2013, RPN Speaker Mayor Chet Mann announced his Open For Business Agenda, focusing on Job Creation, Destination Sanford, Quality of Place and Community Pride. He stressed public-private partnerships to create city improvements, like economic development efforts, streetscapes, greenways and public art, noting specifically Central Carolina Enterprise Park, a joint project, including RPN Member Kirk Bradley of Lee-Moore Capital, with a 1170K SF Spec Building opening Summer 2019.
