Tom Flynn, director of the Prince William Department of Economic Development, spoke about what the county has to offer businesses and developers, particularly with incentives, cash funds, and halved costs and time for permitting of projects in Opportunity Zones, along the Potomac Communities corridor, and/or within the county’s targeted industries.
