The Philadelphia Mastermind Group was treated to not one but two unique presentations this month. The first was from Member Jeffrey Mack of Newmark Knight Frank who highlighted a project they’ve been working on at 675 E. Swedesford Road in Wayne and discussed the benefits of using Mass Timber. He talked about how the natural aesthetics help to attract and maintain top-level millennial employees, while also highlighting the environmental benefits and addressing fire safety concerns. The second was from Adrian Ponsen of CoStar Group who discussed the office market in Philadelphia and offered an analysis of a variety of potential indicators of the market’s stability.
