In the Northern NJ Mastermind Group’s first virtual meeting via Zoom, a record 23 members and guests gathered to share their experiences working from home and speculated on the short and long term effects of the Coronavirus crisis on the NJ real estate market and the country as a whole.

• The future of virtual work-from-home offices vs. “hoteling” desks, WeWork style platforms and the traditional office structure
• Will retail bounce back? Questions were posed about the future of iconic department stores, malls and retail in general
• The rent crisis in multifamily and the future of SBA loans
• The effects of Executive Order 122 on the shut-down of NJ construction sites in all markets
• How the City of Hoboken is focusing its planning and operations virtually to meet the needs of its citizens and businesses during this crisis.
