At the Dallas REAL Professionals meeting, recruiting and hiring new employees in both growing companies and law firms was a prominent part of the conversation. A few of our REAL attendees shared that recruiting and trying to find new ways to attract younger people has become a real struggle in the professional services industry. There is continued confusion as to why this seems to be such a challenge, given that just a couple of years ago they had no issues at all when looking to hire. The main request was “send anyone my way if you think they would be a good fit for my company”.
