Jeff Burd, founder of the Tall Timber Group, provided an in depth market overview to the Pittsburgh Members and Guests. Jeff set the stage by commenting on the growth back in the 1990s fueled by public investment and the transformative impact that it has had on Pittsburgh and the surrounding region. Though a downturn would seem inevitable, Jeff commented that it’s also not hard to see continued growth thru the decade. Also commenting on the aging population in the region, this will have an accelerated impact on the strain on the workforce into 2025, as an increasing number of individuals enter retirement age.
