John Poulos, an office tenant rep at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, reported new product on the horizon for the booming Buckhead market with Brand Properties‘ 150,000 SF mixed use development coming to the former Fine Arts Cinema strip center site. The project, next to Fellini’s Pizza on Peachtree Street will be in the $40/SF range. Also nearby, Buckhead Atlanta has a planned 300,000 SF building on the old Hi Fi Buys site while John Loudermilk plans a 100,000 SF boutique center with retail on the corner of East Paces Ferry and Grandview.
