Emmaline Michael is an associate in MendenFreiman’s real estate & secured lending and business law practice areas. She provides legal counsel to small and medium-sized businesses on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including general corporate counsel representation, entity structuring and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and financing. Emmaline also represents companies and individuals in commercial real estate transactions in the retail, office, and industrial sectors. She prioritizes open communication in her representation to ensure a thorough understanding of her clients’ goals and concerns.

Prior to joining MendenFreiman full time, Emmaline was a Summer Associate in the firm’s business law practice area. Emmaline also attended the University of Georgia for an undergraduate degree in applied economics and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was also involved in the University of Georgia’s Business Law Clinic and represented small businesses, nonprofits, start-ups, and entrepreneurs with needs in business entity formation, contract drafting and review, intellectual property matters, and regulatory navigation.
