Roundtable Chair - Lauren Zangl
Lauren Zangl,
Relationship Manager for Partner Engineering and Science, Inc., based in Chicago, is an Environmental Due Diligence Consultant, offering Partner’s full suite of services. She will expand her involvement in construction services and geotechnical projects.
Ms. Zangl has more than 10 years of experience across environmental due diligence, business development, and client-focused program management. She has a proven ability to understand client needs, deliver technical solutions, and foster long-term partnerships across the commercial real estate landscape.
Before Partner, Ms. Zangl held regional business development leadership roles where she consistently grew client engagement and revenue. She designed, organized, and implemented client-centric initiatives, such as educational programs and a new, client-specific online service portal, while also driving internal office culture improvements. Her technical foundation, built during her years as a Project Manager, gives her the fluency to speak credibly with clients about Phase I & Phase II ESAs, PCAs, and regulatory compliance, bridging the gap between technical teams and real estate decision-makers.
Beyond project delivery, Ms. Zangl thrives on connection. She has served in leadership capacities within industry associations such as Commercial Real Estate-Women (CREW), the Real Estate Investment Association (REIA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and NAIOP, and personally launched over 160 small-group networking events to foster collaboration during the pandemic. With a dual MSES/MPA and a Bachelor’s in Microbiology, she can combine technical savvy with people-first thinking, which equips her to represent Partner with credibility, confidence, and care in every client interaction.
