Josh Lonon leads the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Practice Group as chair, its Economic Development and Tax Incentives Group as co-chair, and the firm’s Spartanburg, South Carolina office. He regularly serves as lead counsel for national and regional companies, both public and private, local and statewide developers, and higher education institutions and other non-profits, in the acquisition, development, financing, sale, and leasing of commercial properties. Such properties are often industrial and manufacturing facilities and complexes and large multi-family, office, retail, and mixed used developments. He is experienced in complex financings arrangements for such developments including through the federal New Markets Tax Credit program and USDA Rural Development.

Megan O’Neill represents clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, leasing, disposition, and financing of all types of commercial properties. She has been main counsel to sponsors in over 30 projects throughout the Southeast with acquisition and development / rehabilitation costs ranging from $25,000,000 to over $100,000,000 and involving multifaceted equity and financing structures.
Roundtable Chair: Josh Workman with Tax Credit Marketplace
As CEO, Josh Workman oversees the internal operations and collaborates with the leadership team to drive business strategy and company objectives. He will continue to manage multiple South Carolina and Federal Tax Credit Revitalization Funds for TCM and source projects around the state for the fund to consider investing in.
Workman earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University in Financial Management, with a concentration in Financial Institutions. He currently holds a SC Real Estate license and previously held FINRA licenses 7 and 63. Workman is a member of Real Professionals Network (RPN), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and South Carolina Economic Development Association (SCEDA).
