Meeting Champion: Michael Connor

Michael Connor is the Pittsburgh Market Leader for Hanna Commercial. He joined Hanna Commercial Real Estate as an Associate in June of 2015. As a result of his dedication to curating a bespoke practice to best serve his clients, he was subsequently promoted to Senior Director and Leader of the Office Services division in 2022, and Vice President in 2023, before being elevated to Market Leader of HCRE – Pittsburgh in January 2024. Being a top-producing broker within the HCRE Pittsburgh office has led him to receiving accolades such as the Emerging Office Broker of the Year by the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of SIOR in 2019, numerous “top deal” awards, as well as the prestigious SIOR designation – making him a member of the premier fraternity that includes 3,900 of the top-producing commercial real estate practitioners worldwide.

Chris is a Member with the law firm Metz Lewis Brodman Must O’Keefe. He routinely represents purchasers and sellers of commercial real estate assets and a significant part of his practice includes the representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters (including office, industrial/flex and retail spaces). Chris also represents borrowers and lenders in finance transactions which are secured by real estate collateral. Chris has been named to the “Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch” for Corporate Law and Real Estate Law every year since 2021.
