Eric is Chairman of the Commercial Real Estate Section and has a transactional practice. He practices in the areas of commercial real estate and finance, representation of landlords and tenants, and mergers and acquisitions and franchise law. He also appears before municipal boards and commissions on behalf of real estate developers in land-use matters. He is Town Attorney for the Town of Wake Forest and the Town of Zebulon. Eric received his B.A., with honors, from Davidson College. He received his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Anna McLamb is the leader of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Practice Group. Her practice includes acquisition, finance, development, investment, disposition, and leasing transactions for office, multifamily, industrial, retail, and agricultural uses.
Anna graduated Phi Beta Kappa with her B.A. in Economics, with honors, and English, with distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also received her J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina, where she served as Publication Editor for the Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation. Anna is licensed to practice in North Carolina and in Georgia.
