Rick Lackey, founder and CEO of REAL Professionals Network, presented a trend report to the Nashville members. One of the trends he noted occurring in all 14 cities having a REAL Professionals Network group is the high performance of core properties. Several Nashville members noted that almost every major property in the downtown area has changed hands in roughly the last year. Also 66 new projects are currently under construction or in the planning phase in the same area.
