New Jersey Remains Strong in Multifamily, Condos and Offices. The continuing strength of multifamily and condos, office development in Jersey City, the dearth of new industrial space in northern NJ, innovative trends in micro units, the future of driverless cars, and the effect of Brexit on CMBS and the US financial market were some of the topics under discussion in this month’s meeting in Roseland. Overall, the New Jersey market is still going strong.
