REAL Chicago members and guests kicked off the New Year with the opportunity to spend time sharing stories and insights within their respective arenas. Member Mariam Golden announced that Chicago Deferred Exchange was recently purchased by Wintrust and Tom Guist shared some interesting challenges his firm has been dealing with as it relates to dry cleaners. Several guests in attendance also had great information to share including guest, Mike Costanzo of Jameson Commercial. Mike enlightened everyone in the room with the unique situations he is presented with regularly as a broker for bars, nightclubs and restaurants in the city of Chicago – especially liquor licenses.
