Members of the Philadelphia Mastermind Group participated in a productive roundtable discussion which included guest and consultant Sue Garfinkel. Participants had the opportunity to share information about their current projects, such as the renovations to the Free Library from Jim Karmolinski of Kelly Maiello Architects. The renovations involved moving 800,000 books and materials as well as deconstructing 6 levels of the historic stacks. The renovation of more than 41,000 square feet within the building increased the public spaces from 35% to 68%. Members also discussed relevant topics, such as the 10-year tax abatement.
