Attendees of the Dallas RPN Mastermind Group’s April meeting heard from guest speaker Kyle Touchstone, Vice President of Economic Development for the Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce. Earlier, meeting guest Kristopher Lowe of HFF noted that meeting participants were “blessed to wake up and do business in North Texas.” Kyle’s presentation solidified that statement. Irving-Las Colinas has been dubbed “the headquarters of headquarters” even before McKesson announced in November its plans to relocate its headquarters to the city from San Francisco. Currently Irving-Las Colinas is home to 7 Fortune 500 and 5 Fortune 1000 headquarters. The week before the Dallas RPN meeting, Touchstone said he had been approached about five more potential relocations. “We’ll take all we can get, while we can get it,” he told the group.
