Steve Farrar and David Andes joined the Intown Atlanta June meeting to give an overview of Newburger-Andes Real Estate Investments. Newburger-Andes got its start in 1975 and is still going strong today. Using a syndication model and a network of 400 partners, they focus on single tenant retail buildings: they look for good real estate, good location with good solid tenants. It’s all about building, developing and nurturing relationships. REAL Professionals Network has provided some excellent connections and leads and many great friends and relationships have been developed through this group.
