Members of the Philadelphia Mastermind Group were treated to a behind the scenes tour of soon to open POD Philly hotel. Developed by Parkway Corporation, Philly’s first micro-hotel located near Rittenhouse Square features 252 rooms ranging from 150 to 300 square feet which are “simple, streamlined and comfortable; they’ve kept what’s important, without any of the extra stuff that you never end up using”. The hotel also houses Condesa, a high end Mexican restaurant which will open in mid-September by Defined Hospitality and Chef Nick Kennedy. Topping the hotel off is El Techo on the top floor with a state of the art retractable glass roof.
