Members and Guests welcomed David Kahn and Trenton Turner with CoStar group as this months “virtual” speakers! David and Trenton provided an informative presentation on the ever-changing market. They disused how COVID-1 will affect the Atlanta Industrial market: supply chain disruptions, a decrease in port traffic, consumer confidence and how the economic stimulus should boost demand for goods. The common thread in all of the discussion was “there is lot we do not know. The full impact is uncertain at this point.”
