During the January Denver Mastermind meeting, there was an intelligence-heavy discussion about the continuing progress of the Denver markets in industrial, retail, tech, and housing. Charley Babb of Metropolitan Capital Advisors and Kelly Greene of Legend Retail Group discussed taxes and how it was affecting the various markets, with restaurants taking a pretty hard hit. Andy Hellman of ARA stressed the incredible growth around the Denver area and how it doesn’t seem to be slowing.
